See this is where not going to a traditional high school really failed me- lit class. If this were a list of must-reads from Japan and India? I bet I would have a healthy start. ah think ahm at 27 er so as well, altho ah have plenty of issues w. this list (da vinci code?).
But fer crissakes lady, read you some Catch-22, Brave New World, and Dune!

Though how they came to include _Bridget Jones's Diary_ is beyond me...
And I *knew* Confederacy of Dunces was not a real book on the list. I think the whole thing about 6 books is just to make people feel good...
